Return Policy

 

All sales are final!
Due to the nature of our business, Returns may be honored at the discretion of Too Girly Hair Management Team within 5 Business days of the order's delivery date.
 

All returns must be postmarked within 5 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be in resale-able, new and unused condition, with all original tags, zip-ties, packages, and labels attached. All sales are final once items are installed, worn, colored, used, or rubber bands and zip ties removed, etc. & it's non-refundable.This also applies to clothing Purchased from Shop Too Girly. If items received are not in great condition a store credit or return will be prohibited . Please note
If a Return is initiated after the 5 Day Return Period, the Return will be processed as Store Credit ONLY.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 7 DAYS (From Delivery Date).  
 

Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at shoptoogirly@gmail.com to obtain confirmation. After receiving a confirmation, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your order#, name on order, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, Customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
 

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
